| I was watching the shifting light that preceded this squall for quite a while, waiting for this composition to peak. But I was so enraptured that I almost forgot to take the picture. That is White Island lighthouse in the distance and when the finger of bright cloud reached down and touched the top of the light I came to and snapped the shutter getting a bit more than I had planned on. I like the formation of the big sea-ice cascade in the foreground. |
