Man’s presence seems insignificant here in winter; a few dwellings, sitting precariously near the edge of a great sweeping force, yet surprisingly tenacious amidst the frequent chaos. It may be said that often our dwellings are no more sturdy than the trees and shrubs and smallest blades of grass clinging to these rocky shores. |
